Yoga Special: Quiet mind meditation

From a head full of thoughts to a nice and relaxed feeling. In this Yoga Special you will practice guided meditations to make this happen! Including both very short and somewhat longer sitting meditations. Plus a practical meditation for your daily life. We will also discuss the workings of your mind and there is plenty of room for questions.

Yoga Special at USC

A new yoga special every month.
With a yoga membership, you can join both yoga classes and the yoga specials at USC Body & Mind.
A passe-partout membership also grants you access to the yoga specials.
Don’t have a yoga of passe-partout membership? Get a day pass or trial membership and join the specials!

Making a reservation and checking in

  • You need a reservation for every visit to USC Body & Mind.
  • Book your yoga class using the booking button above.
  • You can make a reservation 6 days in advance.
  • You can have 3 active reservations for the upcoming 6 days. But as soon as your first reservation is over, you can make a new one.
  • Use our My USC – mobile access app to check-in in your classes by scanning the QR-codes in the studio. Download the app: Android and iOS.

Cancelling and no show fee

Booked a class, but can’t make it? Please cancel in advance.

  • Cancel up to one hour before the start of your reservation (but earlier is encouraged!).
  • Are you not cancelling (on time)? Then you risk a no show fee of €3,-.
  • Are you not paying the no show fee? In that case you can’t make a reservation/work out for 2 weeks.
  • Your no show fee doesn’t end up on the big USC company pile. Check in which sports goal we’re investing the no show fee income.

Sharing Circle

New at Body & Mind: the Sharing Circle!

Once every month at USC Body & Mind: the Sharing Circle! A new monthly gathering where you can share your thoughts and feelings about a specific subject chosen by the Sharing Circle facilitator. The sharing circle is a safe and supportive space where you can be vulnerable.

By sharing your experiences and listening to others, you can gain a better understanding of others, while at the same stimulate your own personal growth. The sharing circle is open for everyone and there is no experience needed.

Get a trial membership!

Subscribe preferably online. If you wish come to one of our front desks instead, we will help you with your online purchase. Signing up at USC Body & Mind is not possible, however USC Amstelcampus is right around the corner.
