Type: Dance
Contemporary dance is a free dance form with an emphasis on nuance and softness, featuring fluid movements while standing and being on the floor. USC offers 9-week courses at multiple levels!
Course of 9 weeks, 75 minutes per class. At both beginners and a follow-up level.
In the beginners course you’ll learn different choreographies, varying in style/dynamics/music.
In the follow-up course you’ll learn more complicated choreographies, varying in style/dynamics/music.
The basic movements are considered known in the follow-up course.
At the intermediate course Contemporary dance in period 4, you’ll work together in a team towards a cool final show!

Wear comfortable clothing in which you can move easily. You will dance bare footed with Laura.
