Barre
Barre is a dynamic workout combining ballet, pilates and the energy of fitness, mainly using the ballet barre. Different muscle groups are targeted through low-impact exercises that sculpt and lengthen muscles.
BBB – video
BBB stands for: abs, bums and legs. The class consists of a short warm-up followed by various exercises focusing on the muscle groups mentioned above.
Beat Cycle – video
An energetic cycle workout. The music and the ‘party’ atmosphere take centre stage. What do you do in a Beat Cycle class? Mainly cycling, of course, but also dance moves and exercises on your bike! You’ll work on your fitness and tone your body, whilst having a bit of fun. You can really go all out during this class, but you’re also welcome to take it a bit easier. You set the intensity yourself.
Cycle
A workout on a bike. During the class, the speed, resistance and position (seated/standing) vary. The instructor provides the necessary guidance and the music encourages you to give that little bit extra. You can set the intensity that suits you at any time.
Essentrics
Essentrics offers an effective toning workout set to music. Dynamic stretches and flowing movements quickly build strong and flexible muscles. You’ll work on improving your flexibility and posture – all without weights or complicated moves.
HIIT
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) alternates short periods of intense exertion with short recovery intervals. In 45 minutes, you’ll improve your overall fitness, as well as your strength and speed, using simple equipment or your own body weight.
Pilates
Pilates focuses on posture and body control, flexibility, breathing and body awareness. In Pilates, you perform exercises that engage all the postural muscles in the body, particularly the abdominal and back muscles. You perform the exercises slowly, fluidly and in coordination with your breathing. You concentrate on performing the exercises carefully and precisely, rather than on the number of repetitions, muscle burn or pushing yourself to the limit. The result is better posture and a more supple body.
Pilates Flow – video
The name says it all: a class where you strengthen your body, particularly your core, through dynamic movements. The exercises are inspired by Pilates and yoga, with a touch of fitness. You’ll reach a state of focus and flow with the help of upbeat music and the instructor.
Pilates Sculpt – video
Challenge yourself with Pilates Sculpt! A next-level Pilates experience that combines strength, control, mobility and core stability – similar to Reformer Pilates. Get ready for an energetic full-body workout with dynamic movements, plenty of reps and clever resistance tools such as sliders, booty bands and dumbbells.
Pump – video
This is a dumbbell workout set to music. There are no steps or dance moves, just simple and effective exercises using barbells and dumbbells. You’ll train your whole body for muscular endurance.
ROX45
Boost your stamina or prepare for a race in this Hyrox-inspired 45-minute workout! With varying focuses, you’ll train different areas: ski erg, sled push and pull, burpees, row erg, farmer’s carry, lunges and wall balls.
Rumble
In this class, you’ll give your whole body a workout by practising various punching and kicking techniques on the punching bag to some great beats. Let off steam and get fitter and stronger. You don’t need any martial arts background to take part.
Shred – video
Get the most out of yourself with Shred – the class where the power of music, cardio and strength training come together to create a unique fitness experience! During this class, you’ll alternate between high-intensity cardio peaks and strength training in time-based blocks. Get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.
Strength & conditioning
The sessions consist of varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The small-group setting guarantees intensive guidance from the trainer and a strong social atmosphere. It’s hard work and you certainly won’t get bored, as every class is different. You’ll perform exercises using your own body weight and/or external weights. Strength & conditioning boosts your work capacity over a broad timeframe and across various areas. So, do you want to improve every aspect of your fitness, from a heavy deadlift to a fast 1500 metres, and from rope climbing to pull-ups and muscle-ups? S&C is the workout for you!
Yoga basics – video
A yoga class accessible to everyone, offering a good level of physical exertion and a focus on breathing. Through basic yoga postures and movements, you’ll work on flexibility and build stronger muscles, interspersed with moments of relaxation. Looking for more of a challenge? Then try Pilates Flow. If you’d like to practise a specific type of yoga, check out the Fitness+Yoga membership.
Zumba – video
Zumba is a combination of fitness and dance set to world music, particularly Latin styles. Think salsa, merengue, reggaeton, soca, belly dance, cumbia, calypso, flamenco, hip hop and so on. Do you love dancing, upbeat music and working up a good sweat? Then Zumba is the workout for you! A party atmosphere is guaranteed.
