Initial payment: pro rata
When you purchase a Yoga (+ Fitness) YEAR or Yoga (+ Fitness) FLEX membership, you pay a pro rata amount.

Direct debit
Thereafter, an instalment is debited via direct debit in the first week of each month.

Cancelling is simple
Email usc@uscsport.nl, or cancel your subscription yourself via the ‘My USC’ website. Your subscription will then end on the last day of that month.*

*If you cancel a FLEX membership in the same month you took it out, the FLEX membership will end on the last day of the following month. This means that at least one monthly payment will always be debited via direct debit before a FLEX subscription expires.

Booking

• You can book – subject to availability – right up until the start of the class or training session.
• You can book up to 6 days in advance.
• You may have a maximum of 3 active bookings in your name for the next 6 days.

Check-in

• Download the My USC Amsterdam app (Android, iOS) to gain access to USC.
• On arrival, simply scan the QR code on the entrance gate at the USC venue using the app.
• Still having trouble? Please speak to the trainer/instructor, who will check you in.
• Please note! You are responsible for checking in yourself. If you haven’t checked in, we’ll record it as a no-show.

Critical Alignment Yoga

Hatha yoga

As soon as the sun comes out, you’ll find us every Sunday in Oosterpark for a flow-based yoga class on the grass.

Restorative yoga

Restorative yoga uses props such as blocks and bolsters to support you in poses held for longer periods, with the aim of creating deep rest for body and mind and calming the nervous system.

Vinyasa yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a physically challenging form of yoga in which poses flow seamlessly into one another in time with the breath, without a fixed sequence of poses.

Vinyasa gentle flow

Gentle Flow is a Vinyasa class featuring flowing movements but at a slower pace. This allows you to focus more on your breathing and warming up your muscles, making it ideal for deep relaxation.

Yin yoga

Yin yoga is a gentle form of yoga in which you hold poses for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing you to work on your connective tissue, flexibility in the deeper layers of your body and relaxation.
