Introduction membership employees

Do you work at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), ACTA, Amsterdam UMC, Inholland, ROC van Amsterdam-Flevoland, Mediacollege Amsterdam or HMC Amsterdam? And aren’t you or haven’t you yet been a member of USC? Why not try it out for free for a month!
USC Sport Amsterdam
  • With a free introduction membership for employees, you can try out all the sports included in this passe-partout at six USC locations. For example, yoga, (kick)boxing, bouldering and squash. Or simply work out in one of our gyms whenever it suits you.
  • After your free introduction membership ends, as an employee you can continue to work out at USC with a discounted category II fee.

Get your introduction membership

  1. First, create an account at My USC.
  2. Then fill out the form below. Use the same details you used for your My USC account. You can find your personal ID in My USC under ‘My Profile’.
  3. We’ll then add the introduction membership to your My USC account. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s been added to your account, and you’ll then be able to pop into the gym straight away or book a class or training session.
  4. You’re also welcome to come by the front desk at any of our four fitness locations to fix your introduction membership.

Send us the e-mail address you also use for your My USC account. If you log on to My USC with SURF, send us your UvA/AUAS (HvA)/Inholland e-mail.
Send us the person ID from your My USC account. You can find it in your account under My Profile.

The terms and conditions: how does it work?

  1. You can get the introduction membership at a USC front desk or by filling out the form above.
  2. Once the introductory membership has been added to your account, you can start using the gym straight away, or book a class or training session.
  3. Do you work at ACTA, Amsterdam UMC, Mediacollege Amsterdam or HMC Amsterdam? Please show your employee card at the USC front desk on your first visit. If you’ve logged on with SURF as an employee of UvA, AUAS (HvA), Inholland or ROC van Amsterdam-Flevoland, you’ve already confirmed your employee status.
  4. You can only get an introduction membership if you have never been a member of USC before.
  5. You can only get an introduction membership if you have never used an introduction membership before.
  6. The introduction membership is valid for one month from the moment it appears in your My USC account. After that, it expires automatically and you are not stuck with anything.
  7. The introduction membership can be used for all sports included in the passe-partout.
