General questions

  • In which member category am I?

    USC has three member categories with corresponding fees. Check which category applies to you.

  • I’m not a student. Can I become a USC member?

    Yes, of course. You’re most welcome. The only condition is that you have to be at least 16 years old.

  • Do you offer monthly memberships?

    The Flex membership can be canceled monthly. If you cancel this membership before the end of the month, we won’t collect from your account in the new month. If you don’t do anything, your Flex membership automatically continues and we’ll collect your monthly installment around the 2nd day of the new month.

  • I’m not a member, do you offer a trial membership?

    Yes, we do. With a trial membership you can try 3 times for €10,-.

  • I’m a USC member. Can I bring someone to try out USC?

    Yes, you can. That someone can get a trial membership for €10,-, as long as they have not yet been a USC member or have already made use of the trial membership.

  • I’ve purchased a course, but I can’t participate. Can I cancel the course and get a refund?

    You can only get a refund on your course fee when you cancel at least two weeks before the start of the course. When you cancel less than two weeks before the start of the course, there will be no refund. You can also get reimbursed in case of injury or long time disease. You will have to prove this with an official document.

  • Can I do a trial class of a course?

    No, this isn’t possible.

  • I want to log on to My USC, but I don’t have a password.

    If you’re a USC member, you automatically have a USC account. Don’t know your password? Reset your password by clicking ‘Forgot your password?’ in My USC.

  • I am a member, but my email address is not recognized when I try to log on to My USC. What should I do?

    You might have signed up at USC with a different email address. Either way, please contact our front desk: universumbalie@uscsport.nl.

  • I can’t seem to make a reservation. What should I do?

    Please contact our front desk on universumbalie@uscsport.nl.

  • I purchased a product online but did not get a confirmation. Was my subscription successful?

    If you did not receive a confirmation in your email, please contact usc@uscsport.nl.

  • How can I cancel my membership?

    This depends on your membership. You can easily cancel your Flex membership (terminable monthly) or Year membership (terminable monthly after a year) using the ‘stop button’ in My USC, or by sending an email to usc@uscsport.nl. You can find the stop button in your profile in My USC under ‘My shopping’. Note: the stop button can only be used for direct debit memberships.
    Seasonal memberships and courses can’t be canceled inbetween. Check our additional terms and conditions for all info on canceling memberships.

  • At which point can I cancel my membership monthly?

    Do you have an ongoing annual membership? Your membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis after 11 months, calculated from the starting date of the membership.

    Want to know the exact date? Check it in your My USC account. In your profile under ”My Shopping” you can find your active membership at the top of the page.

  • Can I freeze my membership when I go on vacation?

    For most memberships, this isn’t possible. Do you want a flexible membership that can be canceled monthly? Get a Flex membership.

  • Can I freeze or cancel my membership when I’m ill or injured?

    Yes, that is possible, according to our general terms and conditions. Please send your request to our member services: usc@uscsport.nl.

  • Can I freeze my membership if I go abroad for my studies/an internship?

    For most memberships, this isn’t possible. Do you want a flexible membership that can be canceled monthly? Get a Flex membership.

  • What are my payment options at USC?

    You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and IDEAL. It’s not possible to pay with cash at the USC front desks.

  • Can I cancel my membership when I move?

    This is possible, according to our terms and conditions. You will have to show an official document.

  • My question is not here, what should I do?

    You can send an email to usc@uscsport.nl or fill out the form on this contact page. We always try to respond within 3 working days. You can also ask your question on Facebook messenger or Instagram.
