Bouldering – courses

Beginners course

• 4 classes, 2 hours each
• Perfect course if you have no experience in bouldering
• This course starts multiple times per year

Intermediate course

• 4 classes, 2 hours each
• Level: 5a – 6a
• Improve your efficiency and technique
• Required experience: you have finished the beginners course or you have similar experience
• This course starts multiple times per year

Advanced course

• 4 classes, 2 hours each
• Level: 5c – 6c
• Improve your mental and physical approach for bouldering
• Required experience: you can do 5c/blue or more difficult routes
• This course starts multiple times per year

Wear sports clothes. The use of climbing shoes is included in the course fee. Bring an elastic band if you have long hair.
