USC from C.V. to foundation

As of 1 January 2023 the sportexploitatiemaatschappij UvA C.V., owner of sports center Universum, is discontinued. From now on, ownership of sports center Universum is transferred to the UvA, and Stichting USC will rent the building from the UvA. The entire USC operation is simultaneously transferred from the C.V. to Stichting USC. Virtually nothing will change for members, but from that moment on you will have a membership at Stichting USC and no longer at the C.V..
