Compensation lockdown

You’ve indicated that you wanted to freeze your membership due to USC closing early. And during lockdown, you have not been collected for your membership anyways. Your membership has now been reactivated again, and the direct debit process will continue as follows:

• In January, you will still be collected for the period from 17 until 31 January. We will collect from your account later this week.
• As of February, the direct debit process will continue as usual. You’ll be collected at the start of February.
• In addition, the end date of your membership will be extended with 45 days. An example:
  • Your membership would have ended on 1 March 2022? In that case, your membership will now end on 14 April 2022.
  • Your membership would have ended on 28 December 2021? In that case, your membership will now end on 10 February 2022.
