Compensation lockdown

During lockdown, you were not collected for your membership. Your membership has now been reactivated again, and the direct debit process will continue as follows:

• In January, you won’t be collected for your membership anymore. You’ll get a few days as a gift from us :)
• As of February, the direct debit process will continue as usual. You’ll be collected at the start of February.
• In addition, the end date of your membership will be extended with 27 days. An example:
  • Your membership would have ended on 1 March 2022? In that case, your membership will now end on 27 March 2022.
  • Your membership would have ended on 28 December 2021? In that case, your membership will now end on 23 January 2022.
