Yoga special
There’s a new Yoga Special on the schedule every month! With this time:
Mental Resilience Playground
- Date: Saturday 10 October
- Time: 15.00–17.00
- Location: USC Body & Mind
In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore mental resilience through play, improvisation and movement outside your comfort zone. Together with Improbattle, we’ll practice staying present, adapting to the unexpected, letting go of control and seeing mistakes as opportunities rather than failures.
Expect dynamic exercises, plenty of humor and a supportive space to experiment. No theatre or improv experience needed, just come with an open mind.
