Learn the Basics of the Bench Press & Deadlift
Always been curious about powerlifting, but not sure where to start? On September 27 at 15:00, USC, in collaboration with strength sports association Kratos, is hosting a bench press and deadlift clinic.
In a small group and under the guidance of experienced lifters, you’ll learn the right technique and get practical tips on how to train stronger and safer. The clinic is perfect for beginners and for anyone who’s considering whether a full powerlifting course at USC might be right for them.
We’ll also see if there’s room for a deadlift mock meet or an attempt at a new PR – a great chance to experience the feel of a competition!
