Ready for a tough but fun outdoor workout?
On Thursday, June 26th, USC hosts a HYROX-inspired training, outside at our new calisthenics park. In 90 minutes, we’ll combine running technique and functional strength exercises in a circuit format. Whether you’re a beginner, or an experienced athlete – everyone’s welcome!
