Fitness swimming involves swimming laps, but with a bit more guidance. In the Level 1 training session, you’ll be given exercises to improve your technique and fitness. At Level 2, you’ll focus more on your fitness.

Please note: At the Marnix, you’ll need a compulsory access wristband. This costs €10.

Please note! To take a swimming course at SPONS, you must hold at least an A and B certificate, or be able to swim 50 metres of breaststroke in one go.

If this is not the case, the instructors may ask you to leave the pool for safety reasons.
