Go for a trial membership

New to USC? Then you can take out a one-off trial membership for €17. This membership entitles you to three sessions. You can use it at USC to train freely in the gym, take part in a group class, or try out another sport covered by our passe-partout membership.

How do you get the trial membership?

  1. First, create an account on My USC.
  2. Then fill in the form below. Use the same details you used for your My USC account. You can find your personal ID in My USC under ‘My Profile’.
  3. We’ll then add the trial membership to your My USC account, after which you can pay for it yourself. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s been added to your account.
  4. You’re also welcome to pop into the reception desk at any of our four fitness centres to purchase your trial membership.
  5. Once you’ve purchased your trial membership – online or at the reception desk – you can walk straight into the gym, or book a place on a group class or training session (if there’s space available)!

Send us the e-mail address you also use for your My USC account. If you log on to My USC with SURF, send us your UvA/AUAS (HvA)/Inholland e-mail.
Send us the person ID from your My USC account. You can find it in your account under My Profile.

  1. You can purchase a trial membership at a USC reception desk or by filling in the form above.
  2. Once you’ve purchased your trial membership, you can start using the gym straight away, or book a place on a group class or training session.
  3. You can only purchase a trial membership if you have not previously been a member of USC.
  4. You can only purchase a trial membership if you have not previously used a trial membership.
  5. The trial membership is valid for one month from the moment it appears in your My USC account. If you apply online, please pay for your trial membership as soon as it appears in your account.
  6. You can spread the three trial classes across the various USC locations, though you don’t have to. For example: 1 at Body & Mind, 1 at School of Boxing and 1 at Universum.
  7. The trial membership can be used for all sports covered by the passe-partout.
  8. Our terms and conditions also apply to the trial membership.
